Emergency visit - daughters german shepherd tore pad on front paw. Got in right away and she was fixed up within the hour. Great service!
Vets are good but the young blond girl at the front reception is a miserable, uncaring, unpleasant person to have greeting the clients. She has the people skills of a rock. Couldn't care less about your pet. Needs to understand the concept of compassion. I'm taking my business and my money elsewhere.
Took the dog in for her first vet visit in many years, shes generally healthy but had a recent issue with her leg. We were able to get an appointment in a very reasonable amount of time. The clinic is beautiful and very clean. The tech and the doctor were both very kind and patient. We didnt feel any judgement for not being regular vet-goers, and the doctor and tech that we saw were very good at giving recommendations and explaining everything. This is definitely going to be our regular clinic!

Unfortunately we had to put down our very dog, at this vet they very caring and understanding. I would highly recommend the Imperial Road Animal hospital. The other vet wanted to charge us for an examination although her quality of life was clearly gone, her back legs no longer worked and there was nothing that could be done to fix her legs.5 star recommendation for sure!!!
