Great prices but always seems to be fast out of sale items. Never anyone around to help you when you really need it and the lines are always crazy! Not good for a quick shop.
I love love love this place! Always have! Went in a few weeks ago to grab a few things as the prices are amazing... And I was a little surprised to see how dirty the floors were. Now, it was spring so heavy traffic and dirty shoes are to be expected this time of year. All in all, great prices, friendly and helpful staff and they had everything i was looking for!
Was able to find what I needed. Staff was great. One issue, people constantly seem to park in the fire lane making it difficult to get in or out of the parking lot. Spoken to staff but nothing changes.
Price match is a joke in this store. Went to buy latancia butter today..superstores has 2.99...picked up 1 salted. .1 unsalted. In sticks. ..they told me no...had to be solid 1lb..yet all their latancia butter was priced the same at 6.27..ALL OF THEM...plus also owned by loblaws. ..worst place to price match ever....Walmart had no problem at all..didn't even have to call manager at all..Also no frills only let's you buy only 2 of whatever you are price matching...KEEP YOUR BUTTER NO FRILLS ..your a joke
Big, clean, spacious, super nice staff and carryout service if you need it... Way better than any other grocery store in the area for miles... People even come all the way from Tillsonburg and St Thomas to go here!
